Orders & Customisation
Please check all photos, names, sizes, customisation and delivery details before placing your order. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Personalised Products
As our products are individually customised, slight differences in colour, placement or appearance may occur between your uploaded photo, digital preview and final product. These small variations are part of the customisation process.

By submitting any photos or content, you confirm that you have permission to use them.

Photos & Social Media
We may feature completed products on our website or social media for portfolio and promotional purposes. If you would prefer your order not to be shared, simply let us know when placing your order or before it is posted.

Processing & Delivery
Processing and delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate.

Returns & Refunds
As most of our products are personalised, returns, refunds and cancellations are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
