How long will it take to receive my order?
Each product has its own lead time. Please refer to the individual product listing for details. Once your item is ready, we’ll ship it immediately. Local delivery within Singapore typically takes 2–3 working days. International delivery takes up to 10 working days.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
As all our items are personalized and made-to-order, changes or cancellations are generally not possible once the order is confirmed. However, if you contact us as soon as possible, we will do our best to accommodate your request before production begins. Please note that we cannot guarantee any changes once the order is in progress.
Will I receive a design preview or draft before production?
We do not provide draft images or previews before production. When you place an order, we will customise the design to the best of our abilities, based on the details you have provided. By placing an order, you agree to trust our creative discretion. We are unable to offer refunds for dissatisfaction with the design outcome.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the item is faulty. Please double-check all customization details before placing your order.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your item, and include clear photos of the issue. If your order is deemed defective or incorrect, we’ll arrange a one-time replacement at no extra cost.
