Once your order is all ready and looking cute, we’ll send it on its way.

Singapore delivery: usually 2–3 working days
International delivery: up to 10 working days

Because most of our pieces are personalised and made just for you, we usually can’t make changes or cancellations once your order is confirmed.

But if you spot something and message us quickly, send us a note ASAP and we’ll see what we can do before production starts :)

Once your order is already being made, changes may no longer be possible — your order is officially in the works.

We don’t send design previews before production — a little trust goes a long way around here ♡

Once you place your order, we’ll customise your piece based on the photos and details you’ve given us.

By ordering, you’re trusting us with a little creative freedom. Because each piece is personalised and made just for you, we’re unable to offer refunds simply because the final design isn’t quite what you imagined.

Tiny tip: send us clear photos and as much detail as you can — it helps us get it just right.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not quite what you ordered, send us a message within 7 days of receiving it with a few clear photos of the issue.

If we confirm that something went wrong on our end, we’ll arrange a one-time replacement at no extra cost.
